2. Acceptance and Object
By using the Platform, the User accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Commizzion is not a betting operator; it is a B2B platform for campaign management, attribution, reporting, and payments.
3. Gambling Advertising Rules
Only operators authorized by SPA/MF; prohibited from targeting minors; +18 and responsible gaming notices; transparency with influencers; blocking if compliance not shown (.bet.br where applicable).
4. Services and Prohibited Conduct
Services: Campaign management, attribution/reporting, publisher settlements, advertising compliance. Prohibited: Fraud/Invalid traffic, interfering with security, violating IP or laws, circumventing commissions.
5. Payments and Taxation
Payments/links can be suspended based on objective evidence; 5 business days for explanations; compensation/retention for up to 180 days if confirmed.
6. Fraud/Chargebacks and Process
Payments/links can be suspended based on objective evidence; 5 business days for explanations; compensation/retention for up to 180 days if confirmed.
7. Privacy, Cookies, and Notice & Takedown
LGPD roles; 2-tier cookie banner; logs per Marco Civil; possibility of de-indexing upon valid notification.
8. Responsibility, Termination, and Disputes
Limitation of Liability: amounts paid to Publisher in the last 3 months (except for willful misconduct/gross negligence). Termination: convenience (15 days) or breach (5 days to cure). CAM-CCBC Arbitration (São Paulo) for B2B; Consumer Defense Code/jurisdiction if applicable.

Affiliate/Commission Program
1. Parts and Nature
Commission (INLAZE LTDA., CNPJ 61.239.904/0001-69) and the approved Publisher. Marketplace/management; not a betting operator.
2. Definitions
Attribution, Valid CPA, Invalid Traffic (bots, self-referral, manipulation, VPN/proxy, spoofing).
3. Onboarding and Compliance
Reasonable KYB/KYC; PLD/FT and sanctions; SPA/MF authorized Operators only.
4. Advertising
+18 notices; responsible gaming; transparency with influencers; georestrictions; creative pre-approval and automatic blocks if non-compliant.
5. Attribution / Validation / Reporting
Commercial Annex Windows; reconciliation with Operator sources; evidence (logs, device, IP).
6. Payments
15 business days net of withholdings; e-invoice when applicable; publisher's tax documentation.
7. Settings / Chargebacks
Compensation up to 180 days for chargebacks/fraud.
8. Invalid Traffic / Process
Objective indications → suspension; 5 days for statement/defense; rejection/retention; reiteration → termination.
9. No Evasion
24 months with a penalty of 20% on income generated with the circumvented Operator.
10. IP/Trademarks, Confidentiality, and Data
Publisher PI is maintained; limited license. Data processing according to Policy and DPA-LGPD.
11. Liability / Termination
3-month cap; no consequential damages; termination for convenience (15 days) or breach (5 days).
12. Law / Controversies
B2B: CAM-CCBC arbitration (São Paulo), confidential; if consumer, CDC/consumer forum.
